Existing Customers

All our existing iPhone customers, successfully activating their iPhone before 1st February 2008, will be automatically upgraded to one of our new iPhone tariffs. This change will happen from the 7th February and be completed on your next bill which will be no later than mid-March.

We will text you to let you know when the upgrade has happened.

• Existing £35 iPhone customers
  We will be automatically upgrading you to the new £35 iPhone tariff which offers you 600 anytime minutes and 500 anytime texts a month. You will also continue to receive unlimited* UK data. All of this will be done for you without you having to do a thing and we'll text you to let you know when it's been done. Thank you for being an O2 customer.
  
  
• Existing £45 iPhone customers
  We will be automatically upgrading you to the new £45 iPhone tariff which offers you 1,200 anytime minutes and 500 anytime texts a month. You will also continue to receive unlimited* UK data. All of this will be done for you without you having to do a thing and we'll text you to let you know when it's been done. Thank you for being an O2 customer.
  
  
• Existing £55 iPhone customers
  We will be reducing the price of your 1,200 anytime minute iPhone tariff from £55 to £45. You will continue to get 500 anytime texts and unlimited* UK data at this new price. All of this will be done for you without you having to do a thing and we'll text you to let you know when it's been done. Thank you for being an O2 customer.

You are one of the first to upgrade to the new 16GB iPhone!! Here's what you need to do

• Existing iPhone customers can purchase the new 16GB iPhone and use it for the remainder of their existing contract
  
  
• Transferring your number and contacts couldn't be simpler, just follow the instructions provided here
  
  
• Don't forget your existing 8GB iPhone can be given to someone else you know --- all they need to do is either go to an O2 Retail store and ask for a new PostPay O2 SIM card (free of charge), or simply use the SIM card that comes with the 16GB iPhone. They then place the new SIM card into the 8GB iPhone and activate through iTunes just as you did. They will need to sign-up to a new 18-month contract.
